After being referred to Legacy Design & Construction, Inc., I met with the President of the company. He was very thorough in describing the services of his company and the various steps of a remodeling project. He provided references and I called six customers. They all expressed their satisfaction with his services. The President of Legacy is extremely communicative and kept us well informed throughout the project. All of his subcontractors were first rate and held him in high regard. He carefully documented each stage or the project and was meticulous in paying attention to the smallest detail. All punchlist items were attended to immediately. Legacy takes great pride in their work and their professionalism made our experience very favorable. We would give both the President of the company and Legacy Design & Construction, Inc. an unqualified recommendation!

The contractor was always available to take our calls. If a message was left, it was returned within the hour.

He listened to our wish list and did not try to sway us towards his own vision for the project. Any issues were rectified swiftly and appropriately and were followed up until we were satisfied.

Overall, we’re thrilled with the completed project, our neighbors are thrilled with it, and the contractor made living through construction a not-so-unpleasant experience.

Legacy was very easy to contact and kept us informed of every stage of our project. They took great care to minimize damage and mess from a relatively large project.

Everything was finished as promised. Our addition was primarily built during the winter and the delays that occurred were weather related.
