Remodeling with Excellence! WHOLE HOUSE RENOVATION AND KITCHEN REMODEL Robert and Allison wanted to enlarge their 1924, craftsman style home, and still maintain its historical integrity. This quaint, 2,200 square foot, Naperville home, took on major transformation in just months.
In addition to their first child, they learned their family was growing with twins. They knew they were in need of expanding their present living space and decided to find a Certified Custom Remodeler qualified in making the extensive structural changes required for their project.
Shortly after the plans were reviewed, construction began. Allison & Robert then realized they needed an updated kitchen. Within weeks the kitchen remodel was completed and a second floor addition was built. The exterior color of their home changed from a Blue Gray siding to an updated craftsman style green color created by prefinished fiber cement siding. The color change maintained the homes’ 75 year old distinction and created a fresh, new look! The homeowner chose Pella Windows and the prairie style muntins were installed for a consistent design look. This older style home contained structural concerns that were addressed and the walls were reinsulated to restore its energy value.
