It’s time to get started! If you need help with Financing, we can refer you to financial experts to privately consult with you to choose a finance plan that works with your budget. Our expert consultants will clearly define the wide range of options that are available in today’s market.
Approving the Plans Designed for You
Our Architect Consultant has completed your plans and printed a blueprint for your review. You’ll see a two dimensional, custom view of your project on paper that will reflect all your personal recommendations. We’ll meet with you, go over the details and finalize the blueprints to be presented for building permits. Legacy Design & Construction, Inc. will walk you through our process of completing your project on a timely basis; a process you will be able to follow. We believe in keeping you well informed with a timeline of building stages. Once we obtain the necessary building permits from your local village, production begins!
Communication is Key to Success…
This is a step by step process. Communicating with you and knowing your family’s schedule is essential to the success of your project. We will walk you through the different stages you will encounter during the duration of your project, converse with you and visit your site on a daily basis to ensure you receive quality workmanship.
Change Orders may be needed.
On occasion, you or the contractor may recommend a different solution during a building stage process. This can occur for many reasons; the demolition revealed unknown building characteristics or destruction to the home or a more desirable or functional design was suggested or we recognized an innovative way to cut costs. When changes are encountered, a Change Order is submitted for the project and approved during the remodeling process.
Final Walk Through Stage
We love what we do and we know you will too! When the project has been completed, we schedule a final walk through with you. We talk with you about the entire remodeling experience and discuss any concerns you may have at that time. Prior to the close of the project, we will efficiently and effectively address any issues you may have.
